I don't think superbruins has any idea what hes doing, another completely uneven trade that shouldn't go through.

It is great if you want to rebuild, but get guys worth rebuilding around not worse versions of what you trade away.

all i have to say is that i think theres way to many trades ... the season is not even started and most of the teams have 4-5 trades...

Can he renig on a deal? I mean, I agree that this a terrible deal and all, and that if enough people want it crossed out it should be tossed, but I do not recall ever seeing a rule that if some one "Changes their Mind," that they can cancel a trade.
I think it is total B.S.
If this does not go through, I believed that I have enough evidence that I believe superbruins should be tossed out of our league.

I don't see anywhere here that Superbruins is trying to reneg on the deal. There are trade rules in place that if 5 people reject the deal it is cancelled.

Ah. my mistake. In my opinion once a trade is posted it is in very poor form to cancel the trade.

I agree Abyss... this is why we have the trade forum...so that we can monitor the trades.

In this case, about 11 hours after we agreed and signed in agreeance, he changed his mind. Also, to everyone, I read the rules, and it says 16/30 must disagree with a trade, not 5. Just so you know

I disagree with the trade, so put me in that column, but I disagree even more with the manner in which it has come about.
I have serious reservations about the Toronto GM's ability to participate properly in this game. Are people looking to get a good deal just going to talk to him first to see if he can be "had"? I hope that isn't the case, but something like this gives that perception, true or not.
What's even worse is the idea that you can "pull out" of an obligation that you've entered into simply because other people say you made a bad deal. If this deal is going to be cancelled, it should be done so by the administrators and a large majority of outraged GM's, not the parties who entered into it.
