the trade still hasn't gone through, Walker has a NTC and needs to be diciplined before you do it. eventually he'll request a trade and then he can go, otherwise its getting rejected.
please dicipline him first, then do the trade the next day or something.

And I sakic. I had to punish him a whole lot of times, so just let loose on the button

And I sakic. I had to punish him a whole lot of times, so just let loose on the button he isn't on my team, either Brad or Hank have to do that

Doesn't disciplining them kinda defeat the purpose of a NTC?

Kinda...

Well, yeah. But ideally we did not set up these NTC's, and most of us want our own teams

I thought the idea was to take your fav. team or the team you took to get the Cup even with the NTC's, Salaries, etc. in tact?
I dont know. I think its kinda dumb.

Well, I didn't want these rosters to begin with.
Shouldn't I be entitled to get rid of a player I shouldn't have had anyway if we used the rosters I wanted to?

Exactly. Techinically we started at the beginning of the season, so that is where the rosters should have

I agree with LA guy. I think NTC are part of the contract as much as the number of years, bonuses and money. If a player has a NTC we shouldn't be able to trade him. Maybe that if the player really diserves to be disciplined and then wants a trade it's ok but, unless that we shouldn't trade them.

Exactly. Its part of the game. Deal with it.

Any time you have a player in a deal who has an NTC, you are taking a risk when trading him, so it is not a certainly that the player will accept the trade. Speaking from experience, if the player does not waive the NTC clause, then the trade is dead, since the player does not want go
