Not really the appropriate forum, but you are not the only one. It may have never been opened since whatever caused the problem when you tried to get in, cause it is now 4 hours later, and no luck

Nope, it's a problem with Hank's computer.
Mordak can't remote access it, so it's either not on or it's broken.
